Every donation, no matter how large or small, helps us sustain and expand our work to identify and document human rights violations and advocate to stop future abuses.

Make a donation in honor of a loved one

You can dedicate a gift to a friend or family member with a donation in honor of or in memory of someone special. The person you choose to inform will receive a letter letting them know about your gift. A perfect way to pay tribute to someone special!

Make a Gift of Stock

PHR accepts donations of stock and mutual funds. By donating stock, you can receive tax advantages while promoting human rights. Electronic transfers are made without identifying the donor, so please let us know about your gift by emailing us at gifts@phrusa.org or call 617.301.4211.

Employer Matching-Gift Programs

Many companies encourage charitable giving among their employees through matching gift programs. Contact your company’s Human Resources office to learn more about matching contributions to PHR. The additional support received through matching gifts could double, or even triple your contribution! PHR’s Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN), Tax ID Number is: 22-2488437

Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving programs allow you to make tax deductible gifts through weekly, monthly, or bimonthly payroll deductions. Contact your company’s Human Resources office to learn more about giving programs.

Bequests

Leave a lasting legacy by including PHR in your will. A bequest is tax-deductible for your estate and may be given for a specific dollar amount or a percentage of the estate. Sample bequest language and PHR’s legal information is available here. Please notify us of your intent at 617.301.4211 or gifts@phrusa.org. Your bequest will ensure PHR’s efforts to change the world for years to come.

Gifts to PHR in Lieu of Flowers

You can designate gifts to PHR in lieu of flowers when a loved one has passed away. Please contact Molly O’Sullivan at 617.301.4211 or gifts@phrusa.org to set up a commemorative tribute.

In-Kind Gifts

PHR accepts items that can be used in the field to document human rights abuse or for forensic evaluation and training. Please contact gifts@phrusa.org for more information.
